How Should I Prepare for My Consultation?
We’ll send you a Comprehensive Pre-Consultation Guide via Pabau CRM to help you prepare:
Complete the Symptom Questionnaire: Share your concerns to help us tailor your consultation.
Submit Medical Records: Upload relevant documents securely through the online portal. If necessary, we’ll request your consent to access further medical information from your electronic health records, GP, or personal copies.
Prepare a Medication List: Use our Questionnaire to record all current medications, including dosages and frequency. Alternatively, have the list ready for your consultation
Outline Questions or Concerns: Write down topics for discussion. For complex cases, you may share these through the online portal or our secure email in advance for more in-depth preparation.

What About Communication with My GP?
How Do Prescriptions Work?
Initial Prescription
Issued to our Pharmacy (CloudRx)electronically after your consultation. Valid for 1–3 months.
Dispensing Medication
Medications are mailed once payment is processed.
Repeat Prescriptions
Submit requests via the patient portal at least two weeks before expiry.
Prescription Review
Scheduled every 6–12 months to assess effectiveness and ensure your treatment remains optimal.
