Menopause Specialist Clinics provides consultant-led, online-only care for patients in England. Every treatment decision follows an individual clinical assessment.

Initial online menopause consultation

A 45-minute assessment of your symptoms, medical history, priorities and relevant risks. Mr Silas Gimba, FRCOG, Consultant Gynaecologist, MSCP will explain suitable management options and agree an individual care plan with you.

Menopause sexual wellbeing consultation

A specialist assessment for women with concerns about low sexual desire or related sexual wellbeing during menopause. The consultation covers symptoms, medical history, current care and suitable management options. Any treatment decision follows an individual clinical assessment.

Initial online menstrual health consultation

Assessment and advice for heavy, irregular, absent or painful periods, PMS or PMDD, suspected PCOS or endometriosis, and perimenopause-related bleeding concerns. Investigations are arranged only when clinically indicated.

Online follow-up review

A 30-minute review of symptoms, response to the care plan, adverse effects, monitoring needs and next steps. Ongoing treatment or a prescription is provided only when clinically appropriate after review.

Existing patient medication review

For existing patients already under our care who need a review of current menopause medication. We assess response, adverse effects and monitoring needs before deciding whether ongoing treatment or a prescription is clinically appropriate. A prescription is not guaranteed.

Written clinical advice and second opinion

A focused written specialist review for a defined menopause or treatment-plan question. This is not a live consultation and does not include a prescription. A response is normally provided within two to three working days after the information supplied has been reviewed.

Clinical tests

MenoCareHealth does not provide laboratory testing and has no affiliated laboratory. If blood tests or other investigations are clinically indicated, you arrange them case by case through your GP or a provider you choose. Blood tests are not required before booking unless a clinician advises them.

Consultation fees

We are self-pay and do not currently bill insurers.

Important: Booking a consultation or medication review does not guarantee a prescription or a particular treatment. Recommendations depend on your history, relevant risks, current clinical guidance and an individual assessment.
