10. No Emergency Service
MenoCareHealth is not an emergency medical service.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, stroke symptoms, loss of consciousness or suicidal thoughts, do not use this website or wait for an online consultation. Call 999 immediately or go to your nearest Accident and Emergency department.
For urgent non-emergency medical concerns, contact NHS 111 or your GP surgery.

12. No Doctor-Patient Relationship From Website Use Alone
Using this website, browsing pages, reading content or completing a contact or enquiry form does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and MenoCareHealth or Mr Silas Gimba, FRCOG, Consultant Gynaecologist, MSCP.
A doctor-patient relationship starts only once you have had an online consultation and we have accepted you as a patient.
13. Online Consultations: Scope and Limitations
If you become a patient of MenoCareHealth, your care will be delivered through online consultations.
Please be aware that:
online consultations can have limitations compared with in-person appointments;
we cannot carry out a physical examination online;
some symptoms or conditions may need face-to-face assessment, tests or referral to another service;
we will tell you if online care is not suitable for you;
- prescribing decisions are made individually, based on clinical assessment.
14. Prescribing and Shared Care
Where clinically appropriate after an individual consultation, a private prescription may be issued. A prescription is not guaranteed and is not issued solely from a questionnaire or booking request.
- Prescribing is based on an individual clinical assessment and the clinician’s judgement. Where a prescription is issued, it may be sent to CloudRx or another patient-nominated regulated pharmacy. The pharmacy is responsible for dispensing and delivery and may charge separately.
Shared care with your GP is your GP’s decision and is not guaranteed. We cannot guarantee that your GP will accept shared care or issue NHS prescriptions.
15. No Guarantee of Outcomes
We work hard to provide a high standard of care, but we cannot promise specific outcomes or results. Everyone responds differently to treatment.
16. Referral and Third-Party Services
- We may recommend or refer you to other healthcare providers, nutritionists, fitness experts or diagnostic services.
These are independent third-party providers and we are not responsible for their services. Any arrangement you make with a third party is between you and them.
